Trello is a valuable productivity tool if you work on any form of group project. This collaborative tool lets your group organize online everyone's part in the project. Trello manages all of these tasks on a table so you can take a look at what you are all working on while keeping your group up to date and well coordinated.

Thanks to its intuitive design, the application is easy to use. You'll have an unlimited amount of tables that you can create in order to keep your projects moving. For example: there can be a table for planning, another for what you're currently working on, and another for final revisions. The table's columns include small cards which represent the tasks and distribute themselves according to their status. In addition, you can drag and drop the cards in any of the different statuses and columns when something changes.

Trello's main virtue is group work because you can save an unlimited amount of members to any table while being able to manage each user's permissions and follow the overall activity using another of Trello's features.

Trello updates itself in real time so that everyone working on the project can keep up to date on the progress of both current and finished projects.
